Limassol School Run is designed as a dedicated, professionally operated school transport service for families living in the Kouklia / Aphrodite Hills area whose children attend schools in Limassol.

The service provides a safe, reliable daily journey to and from school while sharing the transport cost across participating families.

The annual price per child depends primarily on how many children participate, because the operating cost of the vehicles is shared across the group.

What the Service Includes

The annual fee covers all the costs required to operate the service safely and professionally:

• Dedicated vehicle
• Professional licensed driver
• Commercial passenger insurance
• Fuel
• Vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Vehicle depreciation
• Route planning and administration
• VAT

There are no additional transport costs beyond the annual fee.

Minimum Numbers to Launch

To operate efficiently the service requires a minimum of around 8 children.

At this level the service would operate using a 13–16 seat minibus, such as a Renault Master or Mercedes Sprinter.

The current driver holds a professional D1 licence, which permits operation of vehicles carrying up to 16 passengers.

With groups of this size, pickup locations can usually be organised close to family homes, depending on geography and school schedules.

Price indication

We expect to be able to offer this service for 4,000-5,000 per child.  Once we have enough interest this will be firmed up when the cost for insurance, licensing and vehicles is known, but take these numbers as a very close estimate.
